Obituary for Calvin Leon Cox

Mr. Calvin Leon Cox-age 62 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Friday, July 11, 2014. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and an avid outdoorsman. Survivors: Wife: Helen R. Cox; Daughters: Carolyn Monson and husband: Tabius; April Dawn; Sisters: Glenda, Bonnie and Helen; Brother: Ronnie. Five Grandchildren: Deshawn, Dante, Ariana, Alaylah and Kaileah; Great-Grandchild: Jaydon. A host of other family and friends. Military graveside services 11:30 A.M. Thursday, East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Gov. John Sevier Hwy., Knoxville, Tennessee conducted by the Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends will meet at 11:15 A.M. at the cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville. www.cooke-campbellmortuary.com.
