Mr. Joseph Eugene Mills, Sr., an angel has received his wings November 28, 2014. He was the loving husband of 39 years of Neva Rose Davis Mills, devoted father of Joseph Eugene Mills, Jr. and wife: Pamela; Nathan Mills and wife: Brandy, Bryan Mills, Jennifer Wilson and husband: Dusty. Proud grandfather of eleven grandchildren and loyal friend to all who knew him. Preceded in death by father, Hubert Mills; mother, Eula Brock Mills and four siblings, Buster, Jessie, Betty and Barbara. Also survived by: James, Charles, Donnie, Ronnie, Glenda Fay and Debbie. Funeral services 8 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Pastor Reuben Wilson and Rev. Ricky Hardin officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home 1 p.m. Sunday for procession to Dyer Cemetery, Luttrell for a 2 p.m. interment. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
