Obituary for Rev. James Earl Helton

Rev. James Earl Helton-age 85 of Washburn went to be with the Lord Sunday morning, February 22, 2015 at Physicians Regional Medical Center. Member of Dutch Valley Baptist Church. Preceded in death by daughter, Betty Jean Beeler. Survivors: loving wife of 64 years: Margie Graves Helton of Washburn; sons, Ronald Helton and wife, Stella of New Tazewell, Danny Helton and wife, Marian of Washburn; daughter, Darlene Garner and husband, Jason of Pigeon Forge. 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Brother, Don Helton of Crossville; sisters, Christine Helton, Faustine Bailey, Pauline Jordan and Iva Nicely, all of Washburn. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 12 Noon, Wednesday February 25, 2015, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Clarence Nicley officiating. Interment to follow at Helton-Graves Cemetery, Washburn. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
