Obituary for Delmer Gail Lee

Mr. Delmer Gail Lee-age 79 of Washburn took his heavenly wings Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his home. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church, Luttrell since the age of 14 and a retired employee of A & E Plasti-Line, Powell with 41 years of service. Preceded in death by one infant son; former wife, Anna M. Lee; parents, Claude and Edith Lee; brothers, Carl and Denver Lee. Survived and will be greatly missed by: wife, Berniece Larmer Lee; daughters, Gwen (Wendell) Humphreys, Strawberry Plains, Sandra (Freddie) Crowe, Rutledge; granddaughter, Leanna Bentley; step-grandchildren, Lelia Humphreys, Christopher Humphreys, Tabitha Duarte; special great-granddaughter, Lexi Bentley, ten step-great-grandchildren; sister, Marjorie Myers and husband, Jack, Maynardville. Special cousin, Connie Seal Ayres; special friends, Dan and Robin Bailey, Charlotte Hurst along with many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Darrell Williams, Rev. Keith Williams, Rev. Paul Carter officiating with songs of comfort by The Williams Family. Interment 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Booker-Needham Cemetery, Washburn. Pallbearers: Dustin Hill, Damon Seal, Jimmy Munsey, Jason Green, Ed Bailey, Terry Lee. Honorary Pallbearers: Dan Bailey, Glen Noe, Larry Bryant, Charles Bryant, E. J. Smith, Rodney Minor, J. C. Smith, Paul Savage. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
