Obituary for Franklin Roosevelt "Frank" Woods

Mr. Franklin (Frank) Woods-age 80 of Luttrell passed away suddenly Friday, June 12, 2015 at his home. He was born November 11, 1934. Frank was a lifelong member and deacon of Ailordale Baptist Church and he served as song leader and Sunday School teacher for many years. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Verlie Jesse Woods, ten brothers and one sister. Survivors: daughter, Carolyn McBee and husband, Gene; sons, Bill Woods and wife, Jodi; Mickey Woods; granddaughter, Kimberly McBee; grandson, Christopher Woods; three great-granddaughters, McKinley and MadaLynn Wolski, Mahayla Woods. Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015, with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m., Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Fred A. Goodson, Rev. Bob Zavattieri officiating with music by the Oxendine Family. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday, Miller Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession. Pallbearers: Nephews. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
