Obituary for Ruby Jean Johnson (Carmon)

Ruby Jean Johnson-age 77 of Maynardville passed away Sunday morning, November 22, 2015 at Willow Ridge. She was a member of Leatherwood Baptist Church and a retired employee of Horace Maynard High School.

Preceded in death by husband, Clifford Johnson; parents, Penny and Francis (Kitts) Carmon.

Survivors: sons, Tim Johnson, Maynardville; Joey Johnson, Knoxville; daughter, Debbie Dykes, Sharps Chapel.

Graveside service and interment 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Johnson Cemetery, Sharps Chapel with Rev. Greg Sharp officiating and music by the Leatherwood Singers. Pallbearers: Roger Richardson, Jeffrey Muncey, Jeff Sharp, Toby Johnson, Trevor Dykes, Freddie Bailey. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
