Obituary for Hazel C. McCoy (Shoffner)

Hazel Shoffner McCoy-age 69 of Andersonville passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Physicians Regional Medical Center. She was a Christian and saved at an early age.

Preceded in death by father, Jess Shoffner; mother Alvilda Cook Shoffner; brother, J. R. Shoffner.

Survivors: sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Frank Welch; sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth and Brigette McCoy, Michael and Angie McCoy; granddaughter, Margaret McCoy; six step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 with funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Chip Warwick officiating. Interment 1 p.m. Saturday, New Loyston Memorial Gardens, Maynardville. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
