Karen Renee Baker-age 53 of Maynardville passed away suddenly Saturday, January 9, 2016. Karen enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She also was a hard worker having several job positions; most recently with the Union County Highway Department. Preceded in death by parents, Jim and Jeannette Baker; brothers, Jack Baker and Mike Baker.

Karen is survived by a host of special friends and family members.

In keeping with Karen’s wishes, her body will be cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 in the chapel of Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
