Charlie James Miller (Akins)-age 2 months of Maynardville, born June 30, 2017 passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will miss you Charlie; especially a very special uncle, Norman Dyer, Jr.

Survivors: parents, Samantha Miller and Michael Akins; brothers, Gabriel Miller, Cody Akins; great-grandparents, Connie and Michael W. Akins; grandmothers, Charlette Rollins and Rebecca Akins. Charlie was preceded death by great-grandparents, Mamie and Charlie Ward; papaw, Bill Rollins; uncle, Uriel Akins and grandmother, Gail Rollins.

The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 with memorial service to follow 7 P.M. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jim Woods officiating.
