Obituary for Wanda Edith Lambdin Barton
Wanda Edith “Lambdin” Barton-age 81 of Maynardville passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at her home following a brief illness. She was a member of Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church, Sharps Chapel. She was born May 10, 1938 the daughter of the late John and Blanchie (Ray) Lambdin; also preceded in death by brothers, Roy, Troy, Lawrence and Sherman Lambdin; sisters, Reba Cole and Goldie Mae Bull.
Survivors: husband, Clayton Barton; niece who loved her dearly, Vickie Linderman and husband, Gerald, all of Maynardville; several nieces, nephews and other family members along with a host of friends.
Graveside service at 7 P.M. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Nave Hill Cemetery, Maynardville, with Rev. Andy Lynn officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet by 6:45 P.M. Tuesday at the cemetery. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
