Cassandra Kay (Lynch) Tolliver-age 70 of Jefferson City passed away Wednesday evening, December 21, 2022 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She was born October 29, 1952 and raised in the Sharps Chapel Community of Union County. Kay dedicated her life to acts of service and caring for those she loved. Along with beign a loyal mother, grandmother, wife and friend, she was an avid gardener, talented seamstress and film lover. Preceded in death by daughter, Marnie Tolliver-Graham (May 21, 2019); parents, Herbert and Velma Lynch; sister, Sharon Dykes.

Survivors: husband of 48 years, A. C. Tolliver; daughters, McKinley Tolliver, Dee Verbick; granddaughter, Anna Horrocks. Two nephews, Trevor Dykes; Todd Dykes and wife, Rena’ along with a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Monday, December 26, 2022 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville. Graveside service and interment 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022, Blue Springs Church Cemetery, Sharps Chapel, Warren Dykes officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
