Daniel W. Formhals-age 52 of Loudon passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at U. T. Medical Center. He was a devoted Christian and loved to study the Word of God. He was born June 3, 1969 in Riverhead, New York. He relocated to Loudon, Tennessee from New York two years ago. Preceded in death by brother, Eric Formhals.
Daniel is survived by wife of 12 years, Cecilia Suhovsky of Loudon; parents, Brian and Donna Formhals of North Carolina; brothers, Brian Formhals of New York; Kyle Formhals of New Hamshire and his beloved dog, Zeke.
Graveside service 11 a.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022 in the Pavilion at Narrow Ridge Cemetery, Liberty Hill Road, Washburn with Pastor Dale Griggs officiating. Burial will follow at Narrow Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, make donations in Daniel’s name to your favorite charity. Please, No Flowers.
