Evelyn Luvan “Bankie” Sands-age 81 of Luttrell passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at Beverly Park Place, Knoxville. She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, James A. Sands.

Survivors: daughter, Sandy Satterfield and fiancé, Lynn Kitts; sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Pam Sands, Perry and Jean Sands, Mike and Lisa Sands; special grandson, Tyler Satterfield and wife, Brittany. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.

The family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Wednesday, March 4, 2020 with funeral service to follow at 8 P.M. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Leonard Goin officiating. Interment 11 A.M. Thursday, March 5, 2020, Wyrick Cemetery, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet 10 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home to go in procession. Pallbearers: Tyler Satterfield, Lynn Kitts, Lyndon Kitts, Mike Sands, Brittany Satterfield, Sandy Satterfield, Perry Sands.
