Gracie Jane (Nicley) Bailey-age 92 of Luttrell, born August 31, 1929 passed away Saturday morning, February 5, 2022 at the home of her son in Maynardville. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Carl P. Bailey; son, Leroy Bailey; twin sons, Darrell and Harrell Bailey; parents, Robert and Mae Nicley; sister, Callie Dalton; brothers, Hubert Nicley, Cliff Nicley.

Survivors: children, daughters: Lois and Larry Graves, Lillus and Johnny Mynatt, Brenda and Donald Rose, Patricia Fletcher; sons, Ronnie and Sheila Bailey, Tony and Kathy Bailey, Billy Ray and Betty Bailey, Benny Bailey, Michael and Tracey Bailey. Step-children, Faye and Paul Shelton, Sue and Randy Harrell, Danny and Tonya Bailey, Willard Nicley, James Bailey. 15 Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Brothers, Bill Nicley, Earl Nicley; sisters, Juanita Coffman, Lillie Perry, Clara Whitt. Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2022 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Monday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Ricky Dalton, Rev. David Nicley, Rev. Gene Bailey officiating with music by Ricky Dalton, Jr. Interment 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2022, Cabbage Cemetery, Washburn.
