Obituary for Helen Louise Lay Holloway
Helen L. Lay Holloway-age 80 of Sharps Chapel passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at The Waters of Clinton. Helen was a member of Carr's Branch Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husbands, Ralph Lay and George Holloway; son, Patrick Lay; parents, John Henry Bailey and Stella Loop Bailey Lay; brothers, Silius Bailey, Kenneth Bailey and Joe Bailey.
Survivors: son, Gary Lay, Sharps Chapel, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 12 to 2 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Greg Sharp officiating. Interment to follow at Chris Keck Cemetery, Sharps Chapel. Pallbearers: relatives and friends. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
