Obituary for Jimmy Ray Atkins
Jimmy Ray Atkins-age 78 of Luttrell passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019 at his home. Preceded in death by wife, Pearl Wyrick Atkins; son, Steve Atkins; parents, Lester and Gladys Atkins; brothers, Lawrence and Gerald Atkins.
Survivors: son, Will Atkins and wife, Linda of Maynardville; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Saturday, June 22, 2019 with funeral service to follow at 7 P.M. Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. James Whitson officiating with music by Stewart Wyrick. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 A.M. Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Sharp Cemetery, Highway 370, Luttrell for interment at 11 A.M. Pallbearers: Nephews and friends. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
