Johnny Lee Buckner-age 71 of Luttrell, born December 19, 1949 went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 25, 2020 at his home. He was a member of Raccoon Valley Missionary Baptist Church of Maynardville. He was preceded in death by parents, grandparents, daughter-in-law, Julie; sister-in-law, Pug.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Bobbie Buckner; brothers, Michael (Jenny) Muncey; Rex (Mo) Muncey; Earl Muncey. His fur babies, Ginger and Coco. Children, Daniel Carr, Josh Carr (Jackie), Summer Buckner (James), Darrell Buckner, Johnny and Michelle Wallace, Melissa Fields, Chucky and Kayla Buckner, Tonya (Doug) Strange, anna Rose, Marcquis Buckner, Jada Buckner, Jason “JJ” Buckner, Timmy Buckner. Several grandchildren, Austin, Billie, Katelyn, Courtney, Zack, Ethen, Savanah, Samantha, Jayden, Carl, Leea, Angela, Jerry and Shannon, Brooke, Ashlee (Love Muffin), Bubba (Bubbalicious), Tori, Joseph, Gabriel (Bryson), Ashton (Sissy) Martin Hatfield. Many more great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Tuesday, December 29, 2020 with funeral service to follow at 7 pm, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Greg Hurst officiating with music by Valley Boys and Amanda Hurst. Family and friends will meet at the family home at 2:30 pm Wednesday for a 3 pm graveside service at Buckner Family Cemetery, 467 Ridgecrest Road, Luttrell.
