Obituary for Linda Lee Spears
Linda Lee Spears-age 65 of Maynardville, formerly of New York went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by mother, Alma Conklin; father, Charles Spears; brothers, Louie Curry and Don Spears.
Survivors: Loving companion of 18 years, John Lake of Maynardville; daughters, Deborah Ward and husband, Norman of Maynardville; Dawn Spears of Knoxville. Five grandchildren, Kelsie, Kimberly and Selena Murray, Stewart and Sondra Ward. Several cousins along with a host of other family members and friends.
No local services are planned. Linda will be taken, at a later date, to New York for burial in her family cemetery plot at Highland Mills Cemetery, Highland Mills, New York. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
