Obituary for Margie Francis Vineyard
Margie Francis Vineyard-age 90 of Maynardville passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, August 26, 2022 at her home. She was a former employee of the cafeteria staff at Gibbs High School. She loved crocheting and also fishing at Norris Lake near her home. She was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Debbie Jones; Sister, Betty Hamm; brothers, Frank Hunt and Ernie Hunt.
Survivors: husband of 51 years, Robert Vineyard; sons, Michael Jones and wife, Billie of Unicoi, TN; Dale Jones and wife, Andrea of Milford, Michigan; Robert Vineyard, Jr. and Ligia of Knoxville. Daughter, Gail Wisecarver and husband. David of Luttrell. Seven grandchildren, Kari, Jesse, Cristy, Gage, Paige, Maci and Dexter. Brothers, Oscar Hunt of Kentucky; Bobby Joe Hunt; sister, Agnes Rash. Several nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 5 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2022 with the memorial service to follow at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Greg Sharp officiating.
