Otha Ernest “Binky” Russell-age 62 of Washburn passed away Saturday evening, April 9, 2022 at his home. Preceded in death by parents, Otha Murlin and Joyce Russell.

Survivors: sons, Shannon Russell, Charles Smith and Tony Smith; two granddaughters: Kaitlynn Delany, Abigail Smith; brothers, Ricky Russell and Scottie Russell; nieces, Joyclyn Russell, Alexandria Russell, Kristy Russell and Misty Russell; nephew, David Cotter.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 with funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by Linda Nicley. Interment 1 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Dogwood Cemetery, Kingston, Tennessee. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Thursday. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
