Otha Harold “Big Man” Washam-age 73 of New Market went to be with the Lord Sunday morning, July 26, 2020 at his home. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Knoxville. Harold was a retired truck driver. Preceded in death by parents, Jess Vernon and Elouise (Tipton) Washam; sister, Joyce Diaenne Washam.

Survivors: wife of 37 years, Sallie M. (Graham) Washam; sons, Roy Washam and wife, Anna; Ritchie Washam; Tony Washam and wife, Valerie; Dennis Sexton; Joe Sexton and wife, Tracy. 13 Grandchildren, one great-granddaughter. Brothers, Ermal Washam and wife, Shirley; Mike Washam and wife, Barbara. Several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
