Rev. Don Lee Richardson-age 86 of Maynardville, born September 4, 1935 passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at U. T. Medical Center. He was of the Baptist faith. Don was a member and former pastor of Little Valley Baptist Church, Maynardville for many years. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Alma Louella (Buckner) Richardson; parents, Susie (Sexton) and Luther Richardson; brothers, Bill, Smiley and his twin brother, Von Richardson. Mother and father-in-law, Freda Mae and Curtis Buckner; one sister-in-law and three brothers-in-law.

Survivors: daughter, Tammy (Larry) Boggs; sons, Terry (Nancy) Richardson; David (Debbie) Richardson; brother, Kyle (Ann) Richardson; grandchildren, Wendy Stewart, Nicolas (Jess) Richardson, Cory and Bradley Richardson, Derek Boggs; great-grandchildren, Cooper Stewart, Nora Richardson, Charlotte and Tuck Richardson, Alex Boggs. Several in-laws, nieces and nephews. Special friends, Ginger Hilburn and Rhonda Sexton. The family would like to express a special thank you to Suncrest and the University of Tennessee Medical Center staff for the care he was provided.

Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Little Valley Baptist Church, Rev. Terry West, Rev. Eddie Mash officiating with music by Cedar Grove Singers. Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers: Larry Boggs, Nick Richardson, Bradley Richardson, Cory Richardson, Derek Boggs, Cooper Stewart.

The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2022 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
