Sharon Lee Marshall Cooper-age 66 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 3, 2022 at North Knoxville Medical Center with her children by her side. She was a member of Redemption Church in Knoxville. She was a loved by many and holds a special place in all of our hearts. She was a loving and devoted mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend. Her children and grandchildren were her world. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, William David and Edna Marie (Rutherford) Flatford along with several brothers and sisters.

Survivors: daughter, Anna Marie Pearson and husband, T. J.; sons, Jonathan Marshall and wife, Julia; Jesse Cooper and wife, Darby. Five grandchildren, Landon Dunlap, Layton Pearson, Lawson Pearson, Lincoln Pearson, Jake Marshall. Brother, Elwood Flatford; sisters, Faye Morris, Vickie Loop, Brons Mallicoat and Barbara Weaver. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 with the funeral service following at 7 p.m. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, with her children speaking. Interment 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022, Hines Creek Church Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Saturday. Pallbearers: Johnny Flatford, Jesse Cooper, Jonathan Marshall, Landon Dunlap, Layton Pearson, Lawson Pearson. Honorary Pallbearers: Lincoln Pearson and Jake Marshall.
