Tommy Lynn Rutherford-age 61 of Maynardville passed away Sunday morning, February 20, 2022 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was a member of Free Fellowship Pentecostal Church, Maynardville. Preceded in death by mother, Virginia Baker; step-father, John Baker; son, Tommy James (T.J.) Rutherford; daughter, Alicia Lister; brother, Charles Rutherford; nephew, Josh Munsey.

Survivors: father, Virgil Rutherford; children, Kevin Merritt; Kellie (Jason) Boles; Kendall (Mandi) Rutherford; Kari (Joe) Rutherford; mother of his children, Lisa Rutherford; sisters, Debbie (Randy) Beeler; Tammy (Jess) Munsey; Linda (Eddie) Cole; Michelle (David) Rutherford. Brother, Richard Rutherford. Tommy had 11 grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Jason Hensley officiating with music by Lena Dyer. Interment 11 a.m. Thursday, February 24, 2022, Miller Cemetery, Maynardville. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 10 a.m. Thursday to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Phillip Dyer, Lawrence Foust, Jody Foust, Steve Bailey, Jess Muncey, Adam Bailey.
