William David Patton-age 60 of Andersonville went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 28, 2022. He was a member of Indian Gap Baptist Church and a graduate of Powell High School, Class of 1980. He is preceded in death by parents, Bill and Elizabeth Patton; brother, Tommy Patton,

William was a beloved husband of the late Cindy Overbay and Lori Patton. Loving father of Amanda (Christy) Patton; Christopher Patton, Brandon (Nikki) Patton, James (Haley) Patton, Amberly Patton, Lynnsy Patton and bonus children, Robbie Martin, Kelsey Elliott and Donnie Delk. Proud and loving grandfather of Sarah Elizabeth Patton and bonus grandson, Jackson Burnette and great-grandson, Ryland. Beloved brother of Kenny Patton, Joe Patton, Mary (Pat) Carter, Billie (David) Smith, Audrey (Kevin) Fritts. Devoted and loving friend of Stephanie Davis, Sue Nelson, Rick Weaver and host of other friends and family. He will be greatly missed but will live on threw all that loved him.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022 with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Dennis Galloway, Rev. Freddie Bean officiating with music by lone Mountain Church Choir.

Interment 12 P.M. Central Time, July 1, 2022, New Bonaire Cemetery, 118 Rollins Road, Sparta, Tennessee, James Patton will officiate the graveside service. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 11:45 a.m. Central Time Friday. Pallbearers: Jason Linkes, Donnie Delk, Jackson Burnette, Brandon Patton, Joe Patton, Kenny Patton, Josh Patton. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made for expenses at the funeral home.
