Obituary for Georgia Nell Hensley (Brown)

Georgia Nell Hensley-age 80 of Maynardville went home to be with the Lord Wednesday morning, May 6, 2015 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She was a member of Hines Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, James Kelly Hensley; son, Kenneth Ray Hensley; parents, Jeff and Faye (Fannon) Brown; sister, Thelma Brown; brothers, Leonard, L. P., Odie and Virgil Brown. Survivors: daughter, Janice Hensley; son, Charles Kelly Hensley; sisters, Roxie Lacey, Maude Keith, Christine Peace; brother, Archie Brown. Grandchildren, Rodney (Andrea) Hensley, Jeffery (Michelle) Hinds, Alisha Kimbrough, Dewey Hinds, Margo Henderson, Victoria (Donald) Bailey, Liza Coffey, John (Tammy) Hensley; great-grandchildren, Zachary Hinds, Blake Hensley, Dylan Hensley, Jordan Kimbrough, Aaron Kimbrough, Ashley Kimbrough, Dayton Bussell, Shaylee Hinds, Tiahna Raley, Allison Henderson, Danielle Bailey, Amanda Bailey, Logan Wallace, Cheyenne Edmondson. Several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2015 with funeral service to follow at 8 p.m., Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Bobby Kitts, Rev. Mark Large officiating with music by the Sherritze Family Singers. Interment 11 a.m. Saturday, Community Cemetery, Luttrell. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
