Mrs. Lori Minton Grimes Bautista-age 37 of Knoxville passed away Monday, June 1, 2015. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jana Minton. Survivors: husband, Rufino Gualberto Bautista; daughters, Layancey Brianna Minton, Bianca Alejandrina Bautista, Beyoncé Natalia Bautista; son Jonathan Kenneth Hurst, all of Knoxville; father, David A. Grimes, Maynardville; sister, Cynthia Grimes, Florida; grandmother, Sally Berry, Maynardville. Several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services 10 a.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Robyn Ryder officiating. Interment to follow at Cooks Pleasant View Cemetery, Tazewell. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
