Obituary for Ethel Pearl Collins

Ethel Pearl Collins-age 74 of Maynardville born October 27, 1941 passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by father, Lunas Collins; mother, Birdie Munsey; step-father, Robert Munsey; brothers, Larry Munsey, Dock Munsey; Bill, Willis, Wayne and R. J. Collins; sister, Elsie Hobock.

Survivors: Sister and caregiver, Lillian Evans; sisters, Mary Jane Blackburn, Irene Sweet, Juanita Cooper, Louise Brown, Bessie Hackney; brother, Glen Munsey. She raised Gary Lynn Sweet. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015 with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m., Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Richard Nicley officiating with music by the Valley Boys and Jill Smith. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2015, Big Barren Cemetery, Maynardville.
