Obituary for Loretta Beeler (Buckner)

Mrs. Loretta Beeler-age73 of Knoxville, born May 17, 1942 passed away Friday morning, December 18, 2015 at North Knoxville Medical Center. Member of Cedar Ford Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Levi Strauss Co. and the United Garment Workers of America. Preceded in death by parents, George and Cecil Buckner; sisters, Margaret Arnwine, Bobbie Ruth Buckner.

Survivors: husband, Hollis Beeler; son, Eric Beeler and wife, Rachel. Four grandchildren, Sara, Gabe, Thomas and Andy Beeler. Sisters, Wanda Faye Williams and husband, Ben; Helen Cook; Judy Davis and husband, Randall; Marie Farmer and husband, Dennis; brothers, Jim Buckner and wife, Patsy; Eddie Buckner and wife, JoAnn; Basil Buckner and wife, Linda. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2015 with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Sunday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Marty Buckner officiating with music by Hilltop Baptist Church Singers. Interment 2 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2015, Liberty Hill Cemetery, Washburn. Family and friends will meet by 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home to go in procession. Pallbearers: Nathan Buckner, Basil Buckner, Richie Chesney, Scott Ray, Jason Farmer, Travis Farmer. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
