The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Frank Munsey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Louise Senatore

It's been many years, and I'm assuming that this is the correct Frank Munsey, but Frank was my supervisor back in 1980-81 when I worked with security at Univ of Tenn Medical Center. He was such a great guy and boss! He ran a sharp unit but he was compassionate and quick to praise. All of those of us who worked for him and with him were very fortunate to have known and been with him. I moved in March 1981 back to San Francisco and I think we kept up though Christmas cards for a while. I'm back home now for good in Knoxville, retired, and I wish now that I had looked up Frank long before this. I went into the Navy Reserves through his influence and through one of my co-workers. They would be proud to know that I retired out with 21 years with Naval Intelligence as a Senior Chief (E-8). Let this memory lighten grief. Bravo Zulu, Frank, I was fortunate to have known you and to have called you my friend. Louise Senatore, Farragut, TN (SFPD retired)
