Obituary for Bennie Clifford Summey Sr.

Mr. Bennie Clifford Summey, Sr.-age 72 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Norris Healthcare. He was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Mary Frances and Joseph Jay Jones; daughter, Charlene Willitt.

Survivors include children, Peggy and Terry Johnson, Bennie Jr. and Angela Summey; Anna Summey; Nathan Summey. Several grandchildren and one great grandchild along with several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. The family would like to say a special thanks to Glenna Summey and Mary Ann Moore.

Memorial services 12 Noon Saturday, April 23, 2016, United Missionary Baptist Church, 7301 Charlotte Drive, Knoxville, TN, Rev. Doyle Wolfenbarger, Rev. Steven Lloyd Sands officiating with music by Ruby Wolfenbarger. Donations may be made for expenses at the funeral home, 992-5456. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
