Obituary for Willie Ray Savage

Mr. Willie Ray Savage-age 67 of Luttrell passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a member of Grace Full Gospel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his loving parents, Willie and Trula Savage; his precious nephew, Brad Lee.

Survivors: Loving wife, Rosa Savage; loving daughters, Lisa Savage; Melanie and C. J. Lawson; son, Gerald and Penny Wallace; loving step-sons, Joe and Olivia Poe; John Poe; step-daughter, Nicole Deluca. Loving brother, Johnny and Rebecca Savage; loving sisters, Ruby and Wayne McGee; Thelma Walker; Sue and Joe Hickle; Flora and Howard Wilmouth; Virginia Bailey. Grandchildren, Haley Fields; A. J. Vandergriff and Miranda; Hannah Lawson; Seth Russell; Markita Poe; Summer Poe; Lexie Poe; Austin Covington; great-grandson, Peyton Morgan. Special friend. Missy Beeler. Ray was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. His passing leaves a void that will never be filled and will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. “Ride with the Heavenly Angels Ray”

The family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Thursday, June 16, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m., Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Darrell Williams, Rev. Gary Beeler officiating with music by Debbie Buckner and the Williams Family. Family and friends will meet at 1 P.M. Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to Savage Cemetery, Luttrell for interment service at 2 P.M. Friday. Pallbearers; Joe Poe, A. J. Vandergriff, Seth Russell, Josh Fletcher, Louie Wallace, Mike Wallace.
