Obituary for Forster Berry

Forster Berry-age 96 of Knoxville (Karns Community) born August 13, 1920 passed away Monday morning, July 17, 2017 at his home. He was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II and a retired mechanic. He was the son of the late Silas Virgil and Helen Ethel (Welch) Berry. Also preceded in death by wife, Fronia Lawson Berry; daughter, Vicky Whitaker.

Survivors include daughter, Carolyn Berry Vineyard; sister, Trula Berry, grandson, Forster Whitaker.

Military graveside services were held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Lynch-Bethel Cemetery, Knoxville, Rev. Greg Sharp officiating and the Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard in charge of honors. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
