Obituary for James "Jim" D. New
James D. (Jim) New-age 56 of Maynardville passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by parents, James O. and Della Rae New. Jim was the owner/operator of the former Coin Laundromat and Satellite Company, Maynardville.
Survivors: Niece, Veronica Griffey and family of Sharps Chapel; special friends, Gene Nicley of Washburn; Danny Washam of Luttrell.
At his request, he will be cremated and the ashes interred at Pleasant View Cemetery, Maynardville with his parents. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
