I would like to leave a condolence message for Mr. Wade Tolliver whom we love and adore. Wade I know you loved your mother dearly and we are so very sorry. Unfortunately we never got to meet any of your siblings but if they have any of the characteristics that you carry, your mother was a very fortunate and lucky lady. God bless you and your family.
